Sam and Halle gave Amazing service. They were well knowledged on the products and what personally works for Sams skin they shared with us. Gonna try out a bunch of different things for our daughter and I’m excited to see how they work

Stopped by Lush with my family right when the store opened. The entire staff was helpful in answering all of our questions, helping us find the products we wanted, and they recommend excellent products for us to try. I loved that all of these wonderful ladies listened and were so attentive.
I have extremely sensitive skin and I have been a lush customer since 2019. I highly recommend Lush for high quality and incredibly fun, bath and skincare products.
Thank you again for making this a wonderfully fun visit.

I love lush sm! First time today at this location and omg it was the BEST time ever!! Halle was so so sweet and I loved talking to her! She gave me the best suggestions I bought almost the whole store and I would if I could!!

Came in with a bunch of pots, I only cleaned half of them so I understand the annoyance with having to clean the pots. One employee was passive aggressive about them not being clean but like I said, I get it. Other than that a good experience.

Lush is one of my favorite treats! The face creams are the best and I always love shopping in person to see what’s new check out the scents and products. Always great customer service.

Really awesome customer service, although the product I wanted was sold out. If you go and see “sticky dates” spray, you should get some while you can!

I’ve debated on whether or not to write this review or to let it go, but I feel I need to. My husband and I were shopping at the Galleria Sunday afternoon, we normally go to the Northpark location. As we walked in my husband stopped at the soap, your brand is the only one he will use and he’s always very excited when you introduce new scents. A young sales associate approached us promptly and asked if we needed any help, my husband responded with “Can you help me with the scents that are more masculine?” The employee then angrily stated “We’re a gender neutral company, they all are!” And then proceeded to walk away and refused to help us the remainder of the time we were in the store. We did purchase our items, your cashier was very nice. As someone who very much values inclusion and equality, I felt very unwelcome at your Galleria location.
