Living at The MAA Worthington has been such a lovely experience! The amenities are great, the grounds are always spotless, and it truly feels like a place that values its residents.
I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Sam, the Assistant Property Manager, who is genuinely the best! She goes above and beyond for everyone! She is always kind, patient, and incredibly helpful no matter the situation. Whether it’s answering questions, resolving maintenance requests, or just checking in to make sure things are going smoothly, Sam is genuinely the best!! She’s the reason everything runs so seamlessly here and makes the community feel so personal and cared for.

I lived here for one year, and my apartment flooded twice due to burst pipes. During that time, I also saw at least two other units experience the same issue, so this is clearly an ongoing problem with the building. The halls constantly smell like mildew or garbage. Do not move here. Ignore the recent glowing reviews. Whoever “Silvia” is, she pushed new tenants to post five-star reviews before they realized what they were actually moving into. That’s exactly what they tried to get me to do when I moved in.

For years the Worthington got away with screwing tenants over, making false claims about apartment damage after tenants moved out and future tenants would not know. This happened to me and upon investigation i learned it was a pattern. After moving out i was later informed i owed thousands of dollars for damage to the carpet and several other things. This was total fraud. They abused the scammy credit reporting system in the USA to try to get me to pay. Finally with online reviews people can let everyone know about this place. Avoid this boiler room.
