Everytime I buy My favorite lipstick (mac retro matte lipstick) from this particular Mac Store (Macy’s), the lipstick applier breaks. You would think the wand would be good quality. Mac Cosmetics is a household name & their products packages should provide quality. This really disappoints me.

My look was soft glam and for a girl that is NOT into makeup Misti and her team DID an amazing job!!! I walked away with a big bag of makeup because I was inspired to wear it more since I was told each step to do and how to do it!!! I love it here ❤️

Let me start by saying .. The gals at the mac galleria in Dallas showed me some definite southern hospitality. The energy and positivity that group of ladies exuded made my visit to Dallas so much better . I stopped in random to see if I should buy some lashes … ended up getting lashes but a whole bucket of loveliness too ! Victoria is an awesome individual , professional yet knowledgeable, yet personable . Being a leader in logistics I take customer service very personally and they all exceeded my expectations .. whenever I go back I’ll visit minimally to say hi …I’ll post a pic just cause the smile and energy you see is simply what I received before I went to my event !! Made an appointment in person for today and when I called to confirm, I was told they didn’t have me scheduled for an appointment today. I can understand if a mistake was made and you apologize for your coworker because It’s very understandable if you forget, but I’m disappointed because the lady I spoke to made me feel like I was lying about the appointment I made. In her word “if you would of made an appointment she would of wrote it in front of you.” The lady I set the appointment actually did write it in front of me and took my number and mentioned I would receive a confirmation text and the moment she couldn’t help me, she immediately said “alright bye bye” and quickly hung up.

Dee was my artist, and she slayed my face. Good conversation between her and informing me about every step she was taking as she slayed my face. I lived the fact that she asked me what I liked, preferred, and was comfortable with. Dee made me feel comfortable as if I were from Texas, but I'm not, I'm from California and was here for a wedding. Dee didn't keep me waiting. She properly prepped my face, slayed my face, and then concluded with suggestions. Thank you, MAC, for hiring upbeat and good energy artists who know what they are doing!

Misti was AMAZING. We came in when it was busy and I watched Misti perfectly manage the room while making sure each customer in the store was adequately attended to and listened to each customer and had a great positive attitude.. and she was calm cool and collected

Josh helped us at the Galleria Dallas mall today. She was super helpful. Great customer service. Also great prices. She helped us get an item that wasn’t in stock. If u need MAC cosmetics this is a person to see. Very knowledgeable.

Misty gets me right every time! She is warm and sweet and even when I’m struggling with acne and scaring, she reminds me that I’m beautiful! She is an angel!
