Been a loyal renter of a 10x30 climate controlled unit for over 3 years. Paying $325.00 a month and due to circumstances beyond my control I can't pay 1 month out of 36 months and they lock me out and charge me $25 extra late fee. They have no customer loyalty it's very obvious I have paid thousands of dollars and I can't get one month of help from waxahachie macho. The new management is horrible.

Since we've been there there's been dust in our storage everything is covered in dust, the good thing I guess is the rate so far has remained the same. Other than that so far so great.

Facility started out to be quite enjoyable. However as time dragged on we came to find that the people who ran it Linda and Randy, are critical and deceiving about the proper procedures. They claimed that at one time we had walked up all the spaces and block the driveway when in fact we did none of that. But others that actually did we're not given the same consternation as we were. They single people out and intend to be very very judgmental.
