i placed a phone call to look at a unit and the management, that was there at the property was able to call me rite back quickly , the rent is very reasonable AND WERE ABLE TO HELP MY DISABLED BOYFRIEND to put his studio equipment in the storage unit with no problem . thank you for the sunni givnig us her time an attention . she has great customer service make you ask for sunni the property manager

thank you sunni lifesaver .. we need somewhere to store our band equipment . met this lady at the 7 11 store she was on the phone talking storage. once she hung up ask about where is your storage location in walking distance . so i rented the unit was clean. property cleaned . this place has great management and customer service . yes we did try to hire her . she stated that she love where she work . maybe next time ask for sunni smile

I have rented at this location since Feb. 2017. The first 5 or six years was outstanding with the customer service received. These last few years have been nothing but a horrible experience. The property has become very neglected, weeds growing through the cracks in cement, gate not secure, and management locks not removed in a timely manner. Rent raised well over the value of service received. My last unit ranked #1 on the worst ever list. Roof leaked, infestation of rats chewed and pooped/peed ruining alot of my things, the cement was uneven making rolling dollies very difficult, manager not addressing issues, but going up on the rent 2x per year. What does lock in your rate mean? Or, if you are on a month to month lease shouldn't that mean you pay the going rent rate that is posted on the website? Not 3x more? I am speaking of the rental rate posted on website after the special move in rate has ended!!! I am so happy to be getting out of this place and the broken gate is making it possible. Thanks to whoever broke it! NO, IT WAS NOT ME BUT I WILL USE IT BEING BROKEN TO FINALLY ESCAPE THIS RATS NEST!!!

Well my unit is paid, all docs signed, move in date came and went, and I still have no access code to get in the gate, OR a code to get their lock off so I can put my stuff in the unit.

I decided not to get my unit at all.. since I sawthat it's easy to tear off the lock hook. I rather can el than risking my stuff. Unit is dirty as well.

Really disappointed with my experience here. I rented a 10’x20’ unit and when I arrived, my unit door was NOT 10’ wide and it was impossible for me to fit what I needed in the unit. I’ve never seen such small doors on a 10x20 unit and nowhere was it advertised that the door to my 10 foot wide unit would not be 10 feet wide. On top of this, the code that was provided for the lock on my unit was incorrect and I couldn’t even access it. There is nobody working on site to assist, so when I called customer service, the agent suggested I drive over an hour round trip to their Plano office to resolve my issue. I was never able to speak to a supervisor, manager, or anyone that could help me. I am only in town for the weekend and set aside this specific, valuable time to move into my storage unit and as of now, I am still waiting on a call back to resolve this matter.

I arrived later than expected and the help made me feel welcome and with a calm voice told me it was not a problem and got right to work completing my paperwork. The facility was vest nice clean and felt I made the right choice. I give Storage US my highest grading A+++. Thank you for your professional treatment.

Even though I’m a new customer, Sunni treated me like a priority from the very first phone call. She was warm, professional, and truly listened to my concerns. What stood out the most was her genuine sense of urgency—she didn’t just say she’d follow up, she actually did, and quickly. Her care and attentiveness were the deciding factor for me.
