It is always nice to wash in a clean nice quiet environment I was tired from working ? and the guy who was cleaning just was a little rude asking me to pick up my dryer sheets I always do but since he was actually acting like a little bully I left them on the floor cause my knees hurt and I was just tired as heck. Next time I will pick them up like I always do is clean but that's his job to clean that floor

I am not going to say much because there is too much to say about this place that's wrong but the city and the state will know because of the report I am about to make . washers don't work properly with the amount of water and dryers are price goutching on time and they have known it , also my shoes had water still in them after washing with soap so I went home after seeing it was not enough water to support the wash.. dryer kept on taking my money but not drying

Lady at counter was eeally rude. I had to pay at the register because the card readers had been removed. She seemed upset because i dared to bother her to pay for the machines i was using. I guess i was supposed to feed $20+ worth of quarters into the machine instead of using a card.
Then, one of the machines didn't start. I saw it said "door", so i checked the handle and made sure it was closed securely. It then showed an error code. I asked her about it and she yelled at me and said it was my fault because i kept messing with it. I tried to explain that i was just making sure it was closed. She then yells " i saw you kept messing with it. You always do this whe you come here". (I have been here one other time and my only interaction was asking about the inoperative card reader on one of the other machines.) Well, clearly i don't think i need to ever come back.
I really don't understand why she acted this way. I even tried to apologize if i had done something wrong, but she just kept yelling at me. Luckily, there are several more laundromats in the area.

I tried to go in at 8 to wash clothes and he told me they were closed and the washers were off ? it honestly doesn’t even make sense and I literally seen a lady loading her clothes into a washer as he turned me away.

It’s the second time I come and the machine doesn’t mark the coins I put in. It eats up the coins I put in. I let the employee know and it’s not about my 25 cents, 50, or 75 cents but the point is that if it happens to me, it means it’s happening to other people too. That adds up over the days, weeks, months, etc and they don’t fix or do anything about it. That money builds up and adds up over time and it’s stealing if they don’t fix it and it’s happening to several clients daily.

Employee accused me of stealing because I told her the machine took my quarters and she said I only inserted 2 quarters when I had clearly inserted $2 into the broken machine. I know because I had $3 in my hand. Employee was so rude and refused to give me my money back I told her I would call the police and she immediately gave me my money back. I will not return to this filthy place. Only reason I came was because I had a big load of comforters.

Came here @3am open sign is on. There is a lady inside doing laundry but door is locked and when I knock on window I'm completely ignored. Not nice. I mean if you closed your closed. That's fine , but turn your open sign off and change your hours on google because you're clearly not twenty four hours

Excellent place to do laundry, very clean n cheap price. The gentleman working was extremely professional n helpful, this was the friendliest place we've ever been to. Being truck drivers we have a hard time finding places to get into, but here they had plenty of room for us to park. Love that it was 24hrs, gave us time to get our clothes done correctly. Thank you n we will be back when we come thru this area again!

It is open 24 hrs a day and 7 days a week so this works out great for me. When I find myself at 1 in the morning and cannot sleep I go here and do my laundry. It has several sized washers and a lot of dryers as well. It clean and well maintained and close to other shopping places as well as PLS and fast food.
