My name is Cj and I actually live here. I’m not sure what the other reviews are coming from but I am thrilled to have our property manager, Desiree. Since she joined our community, she has completely elevated the atmosphere and brought an amazing energy that everyone can feel.
Desiree has transformed the landscaping, introducing vibrant, colorful plants and creating a cheerful, welcoming environment that makes our property feel like home the moment you step onto it. She has also enhanced the resident experience by providing healthier snacks for both current and future residents, showing her thoughtfulness and commitment to our well-being.
Her attention to detail and genuine care for the community shines through in the way she has kept our property cleaner and more enjoyable. From improved housekeeping to hosting engaging resident events, Desiree continually fosters a sense of connection and pride in where we live.
Thanks to her dedication and hard work, our community has never looked better—or felt more like home. Desiree truly deserves recognition for the positive impact she has made on all of us.

I moved into my new apartment this past May, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From day one, the entire experience has been smooth and welcoming. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, and feels like home already.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone—from the leasing office (Desiree)to maintenance(Maria)—has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Any questions I had were answered right away, and they’ve made me feel truly valued as a resident.
It’s such a great feeling to come home to a place you genuinely love, and I’m so glad I made the move!

I’ve lived in this apartment community for several years and until recently, I was proud to call it home. Unfortunately, since the new property manager, Desiree, took over, everything has gone downhill. She is consistently unkind, unprofessional, and makes no effort to create a welcoming environment for tenants. I’ve never felt so dismissed or disregarded by someone who’s supposed to manage and support the community.
What makes this even more upsetting is the sudden removal of Becki, who was a true asset to this building. She genuinely cared, was responsive, and made sure we felt heard and taken care of. Replacing her with someone who clearly has no interest in tenant satisfaction has been incredibly disheartening—not just for me, but for many long-term residents.
I’ve personally called the office several times to report concerns or ask questions, only to be ignored. Meanwhile, I can see Desiree sitting in the office with music blasting, completely disregarding the phone. It’s beyond unprofessional.
To make matters worse, I’ve recently noticed a series of glowing 5-star reviews from people who clearly do not live here. After a few honest reviews highlighted concerns about Desiree’s behavior, it seems she’s had friends or acquaintances flood the page with fake praise to cover it up. That’s not only unethical—it’s incredibly insulting to actual residents who are experiencing the negative changes firsthand. This kind of manipulation is unacceptable.
I wish I had a way to contact upper management directly, because many of us are deeply frustrated and feel like our voices aren’t being heard. I will not be renewing my lease, and I know several others who feel the same way. The presence of this property manager has absolutely lessened the value and overall experience of living in this building.
I’m leaving this review because residents deserve to know the truth and hopefully upper management will see this and help!

Since the arrival of the new manager at Magnolia Station Apartments, the community has experienced a noticeable positive shift. The manager's proactive approach and dedication to resident satisfaction have revitalized the atmosphere. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and communication has become more transparent and efficient. It's evident that the manager genuinely cares about enhancing our living experience, and their efforts have not gone unnoticed. I'm optimistic about the continued improvements under this new management.

Such a Great First Impression
I recently toured with Desiree and was very impressed by her professionalism and responsiveness. She provided clear information, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and welcoming. It's evident that she committed to creating a great community.
I'm excited about the possibility of becoming a resident here and confident that Desiree and her team will continue to uphold high standards.

I only visited this property but never rented. The property management were not able to answer simple questions about the apartment. The apartment that was advertised as being upstairs is on the first floor since some apartments are below ground. It was not until i got there did they inform me I couldn't see the apartment I was enquiring about. The hallways smelled awful. Property staff unhelpful and unknowledgeable. Only selling point is the location.

If you are looking for a modern, however design-centric property that includes large Studio floor plans, this property is the place to call home!
I have been in this business a very long time, and the manager, Beckie, was attentive, friendly, and responsive to all my personal questions and client needs.
That being said, I am not one who just hands out reviews. I appreciate your time and patience explaining everything the community offered, considering the unique floor plan options!
