Thelma is the best, I always come to the mail express right before closing. Thelma is always nice, and patient with me. Also Thelma always go over and Beyond with herCustomer service skills, by make sure I’m a happy customer before leaving the mail room even if it’s after 5pm.Thank you Thelma!!!!

Found this place on Google. Needed to send certified letters to my apartment complex and was so confused. There was a beautiful black woman behind the desk that help me locate the form , and when I was confused she helped me. Every time I need to mail something now I just go by there, rather than the post office. The lady in there has a good spirit. reminds me of an Aunty or something.

Since I moved to TX I found this place. The lady working there is always friendly and will help you with whatever you need. She's never rude; she always got a smile and makes you feel welcome! It's the only mailroom I'll be doing business with. The lady who talked negative about this lady must have been having a bad day, because she is nice to everyone who comes in the door!

The nice lady behind the desk was nice enough to help assist me to get a parcel signed sealed & delivered. I appreciate her so much because this letter held a-lot of personal sentimental value to me & she was nice enough to copy my letter & get it in the mail. Thank you again miss lady. As you said “sometimes we have to help other people just to help ourselves.” Thank you so much.

I started by calling to see if I had the right location and my call was answered by Ms. Thelma. She said I had the right location and I told her I could be there in 5 minutes. When I arrived upon entering the building she greeted my with the biggest smile and southern charm like we had known each other for years. She helped me get my important documents mailed as I did not come prepared. She will now be my go to for all my mailing needs. Thank you so much Ms. Thelma I'll see you on my next visit.

can not believe my eyes . I pull up and door is locked , so I think maybe it is closed for lunch. I see an employee walking and unlocks the door. She does not greet or acknowledges me. There is loud music playing and I see a plate of food on the counter . I ask for a service and she said priority mail is not as fast as they say it is. I ask to use the priority mail service and she hands me one envelope, I tell her it’s two and hands me another one , she did not look to happy. I ask for a pen and she was like , you don’t even have a pen ?!?! I said no mam. As I am filling out my envelopes. She starts eating from the plate in the front counter right in front of me and again the music is very loud. She gets up and tells me the amount, she did not clean or sanitize her hands before handling my card. Very rude customer service in my opinion.

Customer service goes along way… walked in to get stamps wasn’t greeted I spoke to the clerk she didn’t speak back. Also couldn’t tell if the place was open or not until I pulled the door.
