If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Instead of billing my wheelchair as a purchase they continuously billed as a rental monthly. When the delivery guy delivered it he didn't even set it inside. Told me to sign for delivery and left it outside. Keep in mind I'm 10 days post op from being cut hip to hip with a mass removal. I have 2 wound vacs and 40 staples. I called to contest the rental bill and the Indian lady would not let me speak and didn't want to let me speak to a supervisor. I finally got a supervisors voicemail. I doubt I will receive a call back based on other reviews. Greedy company and awful customer service.

Majors Medical has been serving my C-Pap needs for many years. They have done a great job of getting me the supplies I need, as well as securing a new machine every few years. I'm very pleased with our relationship.

They don't care if your equipment is dangerous or not sized correctly!!Hoyer lift was delivered but all the delivery person had on him was a medium sling with a commode hole. I explained my sister didn't need a commode and that a medium hole would be too big. He explained, unfortunately, that's all he had on him at the time. He said to try it and if it wasn't going to work to call their office and they would switch out the sling type and size.My sister is 5'2", 100 lbs so within a few minutes of trying the lift her entire body was slipping out of the commode hole and she almost fell out!!! I call the next business day to request the sling be traded out and was told that they couldn't exchange it because it was now used. Then the story changed to well, the doctors order said to include the commode (which I find hard to believe considering she has a Foley catheter and colostomy). So I call back and state that we will accept a sling with the commode then but we need a small because it is sized incorrectly. This didn't seem to matter to anyone.So apparently my only option is to pay them cash for a new sling which I refuse to do. They don't care if your equipment is dangerous or not sized correctly!! They don't care about you or your loved ones safety. Avoid if you can.

Employees are very rude and they have new employees every few months which goes to show me they don't do much for their employees either. 10/10 would NOT recommend

They do not return any calls or messages. They lose the patient information or tell you they never received it. Very poor customer service.

I spoke to a very rude and unprofessional customer representative named Shell. She was extremely unhelpful, and seemed to be in a foul mood. Luckily when I asked to be transferred to another representative, she was able to help me with a better attitude.

Really poor support afterwards. They don’t return calls. Guess they only talk to you until they get the sale, then they ghost you afterwards. My advice is, find a different medical supply company.

If there was a 0 star that is what I would give them. The story is too long to tell so just avoid doing business with them. They put me in collection because they could not get in touch with my Sleep Doctor to get the required DATA. However, the Sleep Doctor had left the practice. So when I called them after receiving the collection notice, they told me to get an appointment with another DR so I did and they sent in the data.I also told them my machine was broken and I hadn't used it, but was paying for a rental. They said to send in the broken machine and they would repair. They also said that they would send me a machine to use while the repairs were taking place. I never heard back from them so I called them and said I was still in collection and had 0 notes of any thing I was told. If there is another supplier use them but stay away from this company.

Easy making appointment and excellent experience with the staff who handled the fitting for my CPAP machine. Very professional. Only issue was the time it took to get the machine was longer than i expected. I suspect this may be out of their power.

Customer service is totally lacking!!!!!!!! Ordered bed initially through Majors and was absolutely unimpressed at that time. Scheduling delivery and now pick up of equipment involves leaving message after message for scheduling with Skylar’s voicemail and Skylar never calls back. Am returning bed was renting and chose another company to buy a bed through. Would not recommend Major’s for anything!

They seem to never answer their phone, not even so I can leave a message. I need supplies and have questions, but cannot reach them - been calling for 2 weeks!

I submitted an order for one of my patients to have equipment sent to their home. I submitted this order on 4/26 with a requested delivery date 4/28 for discharge from facility. It is now 5/15 and the patient still has not received the equipment. I called the patients insurance to find that the authorization for the equipment was not even submitted to the insurance company until 5/5, but was then withdrawn and not resubmitted until 5/10, with the knowledge that it could take up to 14 days for approval after submission to insurance company. So, my patient could potentially be home for nearly a month before receiving equipment that was ordered before they discharged. Equipment that greatly impacts their quality of life. Completely unacceptable.

They lost every order this year. When I call they say it was never in their system. After 6 months they finally got an order placed and said it was shipped. When I called today to say I did not receive it they do not believe me and would not reship the order. I asked for a manager and they said she is not available then hung up on me. Please use anyone but these guys for your supplies. You will never get anything from them and they won’t care about finding a way to help.

I have been trying to receive equipment since Nov.2022 and have yet to receive it as of today. I have been told so many different reasons of the delay but no resolution to this problem. It's so sad customer service is at its highest low to the concern of the customer. I wish management would take pride into investigating these issues instead I am calling, calling,and calling but again no resolution. Signed so frustrated!!!
