I had the most incredible experience at this store! I was looking for items for an upcoming trip to Hawaii, once the store owner & the associate understood my style they helped pull the most fabulous items! I had such a fun time. I highly recommend!

I'm quite surprised to see so many negative reviews for this boutique. I went today with my husband and really enjoyed it! Mal and her staff were very helpful and made the experience a lot of fun. It's definitely not a place where you have to go looking for someone if you have a question or need a different size. They were so nice to my husband who was patiently waiting for me to try on clothes, and they helped me find two super cute outfits. AND we caught their end of season sale and got some great deals! I've been looking for months with no luck for a pair of jeans that fit well, and today I found two pair that fit great! And they have everything you could need to finish out your outfit- jewelry, hats, bags, shoes, etc. If you enjoy having a sales person help you find pieces and make you feel great as you try them on, then this is the place for you! If you're just wanting to browse, you might get a little overwhelmed or annoyed, but if you can go with the flow and have fun with it, you'll love it!

If you have kids, this is not your store. I was trying to get my kids to stay with me but they were walking around rolling their eyes following us and not very kind. I met two ladies outside of the store when we came out that said the ladies were very rude in there.

I explored MM's new location today at Snider Plaza in Dallas. The staff was helpful, but when I picked up a few items from one of the sale racks I was told I could not try them on and they were cash and carry. I had other items to try on as well, and when I asked why, they said they didn't want to waste changing room space on $19 items. I quickly remembered why I don't shop in Highland/University Park anymore. The selections are nice, but the arrogance of this shop owner was ridiculous. I won't be back.

It is a shame that this store has such lovely things and yet an extremely unpleasant shopping experience with curt, unsmiling, unfriendly staff. It's so odd.

Worst shopping experience of my entire life. Walked in happy excited to shop, left feeling broken down and insulted. Almost ruined my day until I read reviews and realized most people have felt the same way. Can only describe it like The Soup Nazi episode from Seinfeld, except she's the Boutique Nazi. Avoid at ALL costs.

Ms Got-Rocks behind the counter; Deer in Headlights watching for customers. The greeting was languid and putrid, especially for an upscale shop in Park Cities. When I came in for the second time, Ms Got-Rocks invited me to leave because they were closing. Closing time was 45" away. A perceptive employee would consider that the return of a customer might mean a possible sale; bucks, clams, greens. Very nice things in a store I won't return to. Mal Malouf, quite MAL. No bueno.

Love this store! Mal and Robin are amazing and very helpful. My mom lives out of town and it's her favorite store too. They have such a great selection of clothes, shoes and jewelry. Can't wait to see the new location at Snider Plaza.

I've brought clients and my mom here and always enjoyed my experience. A lot of selection, including accessories. Sales associates are helpful but not pushy. I've not been to their new location yet. Excited to see how that goes.

Mal's has become my favorite place to shop. Very upbeat & smiling faces when visiting and Mal & Robin are very personal & accommodating! I would highly recommend a visit to check out all the beautiful things.

Owner was too controlling. Not relaxing; stressful. The only reason I wouldn't stop in again is not the clothes but how uptight they are. It's like she thinks you're there to benefit her business rather than to enjoy yourself and shop.
