I was trying some clothes and the lady just looks so desperately to close the cashier and leave. (Poor customer service) Dallas Marciano store. I came all the way from Houston just to buy my clothes… I asked if I can order some shoes and she is like we don’t have your size without even checking on the computer I purchased mostly all the time at Marciano and never got this experience in other stores she didn’t even ask for my phone number to put it in the system. Ended up buying anyways because I really like the clothes but I will NEVER come back to purchase in this store. Zero zero zero

I have been a customer here for years, I recently bought a dress here with multiple wardrobe malfunctions, which I didn't notice until I got to my destination. It ended up being a very embarrassing event, so much so I kept trying not to be in public eyes and kept to myself by a corner.. I went back to explain this to them, but they kept brushing me off and didn't want to help me out even with store credit. Mind you, this dress was $300 I can't believe this is how they have treated a loyal customer...

Ariana is amazing!! Come shop here for an effortless, customized shopping experience! I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the store and got the full VIP experience!! I will be back!!!

Extremely rude, stuck up and unprofessional. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Sort out your staff and management. It's a shame this is the only location in Dallas, will not give this particular location my money.

Will never shop there ! Their employees are rude and treat customers with no respect . I witnessed it ! And I will never return there ever again. They need to train their employees to do their job instead of being disrespectful!

If i could give 0 stars i would! I would def not recommend this place for anyone to ever spend money there ! The so called manager is the rudest person there . Her job is to serve customers. yet, she treats them like s*** ! I will def be filing a complaint through corporate for her behavior. People like her don't deserve to work in customer service period !

The best boutique in Dallas. My favorite member of the team is Yuri , she is very nice, helpful and welcoming. Whenever I go to Marcianos, it's an amazing experience.

I went to exchange the size the i bought for my girl which is normally it could not fit her so i talk to the manger that j want to return or exchange she was super rude and mean to me and i was explaining that's $200 will be in the trash if you don't exchange it or return she refuse which she told me you can return it with 14 days lie lie lies.

Upon entering the store I was immediately profiled. When I walked up to the register no one greeted me; one employee went to the back, the other two stood behind the register counter working on there tasks.I asked to do a return and both employees looked at each other before acknowledging my presence.Ariana, took the receipt and immediately inspected the dress, which was wrapped in tissue paper. She flipped the seams inside out to see if the tag had been tampered with.Ariana took my receipt and then asked why I wanted to return the dress. I told her it was because of the fit.Ariana then said that she was not going to accept the return because the tag looked split, despite it still being attached to the dress. So I asked to speak to manager on duty, to which she replied she replied that she was. Next she claimed the dress also smelled like food, but Ariana was wearing a face mask covering her nose. The manager on duty Ariana, created a story to justify not honoring the return policy with the food smell comment to prove that I did in fact wear the dress and tampered with the garment tag.There is no physical evidence of the dress being worn or damaged.Before calling customer service, I asked Ariana to confirm her statement of me of wearing the dress and reattaching the tag. Ariana replied saying yes because our other tags don't look like this. She then directed me to contact customer service because her decision was final. I promptly did, where I spoke with Luis, and allowed her to speak with him where he took her statement and she repeated that the garment smelled like food and that the tag did not match the other dresses in house.Following the customer service phone call I immediately began taking photographs of the dress on the store's couch next to the register when I noticed that all 3 employees were making comments in another language.After taking pictures of the dress I asked for the original bag back to pack up and leave. Ariana and the other two employees started laughing and speaking in another language again as I was walking out the store.Again, I have never purchased a dress from Guess or Marciano prior to March 25, 2021. I would like to also note that the only times they spoke around me was in another language.Marciano's return policy on the receipt states:"We accept unworn merchandise with the original receipt and tag attached for return or exchange up to 14 days after purchase. Merchandise must be in suitable condition for resale. Refunds for returns of full price merchandise will be issue in the method of original payment."I brought back the dress, unworn with the original tag attached and the original receipt. I am requesting a full refund having met each of these requirements. They have a history via the reviews of unethical business practices including racial profiling, discrimination on return policy and horrible customer service.

Awesome store. However, this location always closes at least 30 minutes before store hours posted! This is now the 4th time I have gone to the mall during normal business hours and was rudely turned away.. when every other store in the mall was still open!!! I find it quite ridiculous for them to turn down my business when I have spent thousands of dollars w them. I will no longer go to this store.. simply bc of the rude customer service!!!

I used to really enjoy shopping at Marciano at the Galleria Mall. I have been shopping at Marciano since 2009. Maybe longer. I enjoyed the staff and really liked the cloths. The staff has changed a lot over the last couple years and is not the friendly staff I once knew. Some of the employees are rude. The exchange policy changes frequently. You have to ask what the return policy is before you leave. You never know if it's 14 days or 30 days. That is one issue I have with Marciano. Marciano has a program that you can receive points for every dollar you spend. This is an incentive program to get you to buy more. The points can add up depending on the dollar amount you spend. I look forward to those points to use toward another purchase. I feel like I'm are getting something back for being a shopper with Marciano. If you purchase an item on line and you need to exchange the item it has to be the same item. If Marciano is out of your size or they don't have the size you need then you loose your points. ($45 this time for me) This is my second major issue with Marciano. With the Covid19, I have placed my orders on line. I shop on line to be safe. I have had several issues with the items not fitting when I receive them. When I go to exchange the items I loose my points unless I can find the exact same item in that size I need. Which is never. This has happened to me several times. I rarely get the reward points for being a shopper with Marciano. In fact the points go back to Marciano. I guess Marciano needs the points more then the customer does. I may be only one shopper to go else where but I would rather shop where it's about the customer. I would like to shop where the company appreciates my business. Customer Service is the one thing a company can do to differentiate them self from the competition. The cost is $ 0.00. Without the customers you have NO BUSINESS.
