Marcus Park Recreation Center is a community recreation facility built in 1951, making it fairly old. It is located in the North Dallas area. The staff is great, attentive, and friendly. The center offers after school programs, summer camps, and a small gym. It coordinates six different sports programs throughout the season, serving many students with discipline and care. For pickleball, the facility has three indoor courts. The floors are wooden and a majority of the boards have popped up, making it difficult to determine the bounce level. Badminton lines are also on the court, making it difficult to play. There is only about two feet between courts. The center needs a major overhaul for decent pickleball. Open play is on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Membership costs are low, with a Dallas resident annual fee being one of the best values. The facility has wheelchair access.
It is a very nice place, I have a great experience from this place, I think you have to come, there are many things that you will like as well, a wonderful place, I am very satisfied, I think I will return to explore more of this magnificent town????
