The worst Marshall store that I have ever seen. I picked an item with a discounted price labeled on that. The cashier asked her supervisor Maria and she took the price from the item and told me that it was not discounted. I have never seen someone behave like that with a customer.

This is the trashiest, most disgusting Marshalls I’ve ever been to. The store is filthy, there is no order and there is a homeless man that is always right by the door asking for change or for you to buy him stuff.

I did a return at the Dallas location … Coit& Campbell. Sam was very helpful and extremely courteous helping me. She has a very sweet demeanor .

First time in this store and encountered Manager BogDan L, in short he is unprofessional. I spent $291 in the store today and one of those items originally priced $20.00 had two clearance stickers on it. One $16.00 and one $10.00.
I couldn’t even see the tag for the $16.00 but as checking out the cashier pulled the sticker that was clearly on the tags for some time off.
I was told by the cashier someone random probably placed it on the tag???? And then I asked to speak to a manager because surely a discount store in spending nearly $300 at is not haggling me for $6.00. “Based on a “random” tag for maybe employee maybe someone shopping??”
I said what does that have to do with me it’s false advertising. And he in a very ugly manor was like oh well, nothing I can do?
It’s like I have to pay for the mistake of others. This was supposed to be a little therapy shopping & I know they only responded this way because I’m a black Womans. Will not be back.

Marisol and Marisa are absolute heroes and strait up so SO KIND!
They helped get all of my bulky home items in my car. Top tier customer service. Those ladies NEED a raise.
