Very upsetting!! Messing up the app codes cuz you don't want to give out free fries on Friday make me wait 5minutes and give me fries that taste like they were cooked yesterday! As you smile in my face and tell me have a blessed night.. you think ur cute but God didn't think it was cute, I will be blessed and you won't. Now smile at that.I see you're busy but it happens every night at 1030.. hello.And my order was freaking easy how you mess up a sweet tea and med fries?I'll be back tomorrow for my fries.. yall can have these back.

Resraurant was dirty inside ans out. Service wqa terrible. Some food was hot some was not like it was old and fried in dirty oil

I was eating with my family and I stepped out on a quick call never was warned by the older Mexican lady that doors are locked When I tried to step back in immediately it was locked I knocked and she didn’t even look at me to tell her I have my family in there and ignored me. My family opened the door and I went to her and told her why she didn’t let me in and ignored me when my meal is on the table. Current manager has said she has had prior issue with her kicking out customers when she wanted them out so she can clean

You need some better training McDonald's had a computer breakdown yesterday the manager kept telling me I didn't pay at the kiosk today when I paid at the kioskI'm going to dispute the charge she seemed to only know Spanish she kept telling me that I know pay and that there was the possibility that the order would reach the kitchen from the kiosk if I hadn't paidShe obviously doesn't know how a point of sale works I don't know why she is a managerSo I went next door to Jack in The boxI am disputing the $6 chargeIf your manager at the time doesn't know how to troubleshoot the issue, calls your customers a liar, and doesn't even speak good EnglishNot like we're asking them to speak proper EnglishAnd then the manager refused to give me the foodMy order didn't show up on their computer and it printed out a blank receiptAnd the little orange light over the kiosk I used was blinking instead of solid green so there was an error at that kiosk the little orange light over the kiosk I used was blinking instead of solid green so there was an error at that kioskShe has insufficient training to handle a customer or computer issueIt's not her fault it's the fault of the entire McDonald's corporation for not having trained managersI want my money back but all I have is a blank receipt from a McDonald's kioskAnd I'm enjoying the very delicious Jack in the box from next doorSo I'm disputing the charges

Service was rude. First question was, cash or card? Yet no hello, how are you, nothing. So we said, card. He then said kiosk. MIND you I have a guide dog. Maybe if I would have been rude back and said we'll your kiosks do not talk for me to navigate/control it, I would use it. But I didn't. I just said we'll then cash. Maybe they should teach their employees how to recognize a blind person. Better yet, hire somebody with some sense.Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: No accessible door. Isn't that the ADA law. Somebody should find or sue them.
