Been waiting for 6 six weeks for my product which they lost as they sent it to an incomplete shipping address. Zero communication. Have contacted customer service a half dozen times and I keep getting the run around -"we have contacted ups". Yet no product.......

I received wonderful customer service from Cheri at MedEquip Depot handling my delivery. She is very thoughtful, handling the schedule of my delivery and as soon as the tracking # was available she emailed it to me. She definitely cares about her customers!
