“Here’s what I can share: The place could really use a bit of a makeover. When you walk in, everyone seems to be looking at you, which can feel a bit overwhelming. There’s also some wear and tear on the interior walls that you can see, and while it’s been patched up, it gives the impression of less-than-stellar service. But, a little paint and some furniture changes could make a big difference.
Now, about the customer experience. The staff from the front desk to the attendant who provided the services needed was fantastic. The procedures were smooth, the whole process quick and easy.
Regarding the attendant, Kevin, he was very professional but also relatable. There were a few moments at the machine where it didn’t want to work with us, but he took my humor and his humor, along with his own experiences, to make it feel less like a drag or tedious.
I’ve been here many times before for specific services, and every time has been a breeze. Keep up the good work, and hopefully, the next time I need another test, I’ll walk into a new waiting room and question if I am at the right place.”

Dr. Passi was extremely competent and explained everything very well. He was knowledgeable, informative and patient. “I cannot say enough wonderful things about the AHF Healthcare Center in Dallas. Every person I’ve interacted with has made me feel genuinely welcome, respected, and cared for. After everything I’ve been through medically, finding a healthcare team that makes me feel safe has meant more than I can put into words.
For the first time in a very long time, I finally feel heard and seen. I never feel judged or rushed, and I feel comfortable talking openly about anything, no matter how personal or difficult. That kind of trust is priceless, and it’s something this team has given me.
One moment that has always stayed with me was when I had a severe autoimmune flare-up and couldn’t even get out of bed. I called the office to cancel my appointment because I physically couldn’t make it in. I never asked for a telehealth visit and didn’t expect one. Instead, Jena Benik, PA, simply called me. She had already changed my appointment to a telehealth visit without me even having to ask, making sure I still received the care I needed when I needed it most. That simple act of compassion told me they saw me as a person, not just another appointment on the schedule, and it meant more than they probably realize.
I just had a telehealth visit today with Dr. Thurman Robertson. Although he isn’t my regular doctor, he treated me with the same kindness, compassion, and genuine care that I’ve come to expect from everyone at AHF Healthcare Center. He was easy to talk to and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment the visit began.
I’ve been through a lot over the past few years, including some very difficult experiences with healthcare that left me feeling unheard, discouraged, and afraid to seek medical care. It got to the point where, no matter how sick I was, I avoided going to the hospital or even seeing a doctor. Because of that, it’s rare for me to feel completely safe telling my doctors everything. At AHF Healthcare Center, that’s exactly how I feel. For the first time in years, there is nothing I can’t talk to them about, and I know I’ll be met with understanding instead of judgment.
If you’re looking for a healthcare team that truly listens, genuinely cares, and makes you feel like a person instead of just another patient, I wholeheartedly recommend the AHF Healthcare Center in Dallas.

“Absolutely the best place to get your fingerprints done. AJ was awesome! I went to a UPS fingerprinting place and they could not get the job done after multiple times and they finally told me that my fingerprints were too worn down! Had to drive 50 miles to Test First and AJ got it done in no time at all. My finger prints are not worn down! The drive was worth it!! Great place and friendly people. Would absolutely go back to them again!”
