“Open till 5 should mean open till 5. If you are only accepting patents till 4, your hours should say till 4pm. I walked in the 1st time I tried to get my test done at 403pm and I couldn't get it done that day. Change how you show your hours.”

The doctors here barely see you and don't even touch you, she took the time to examine me and even ask me how my family, my work was going!
