This place is the worst!! Upon check in, my dog wasn’t feeling well. One of the staff ladies took a picture with my dog because he had a cool hair color. I told them My dog had diarrhea and was dehydrated… they kept him overnight and said the obvious, that he has diarrhea and was dehydrated. they couldn’t find anything on what was causing it, but they want to keep him for a few more days…which the bill would have been around $10,000 USD. I told them I will find another vet respectfully speaking… They were so rude and trying to force me to stay…

This is a wonderful facility. The communication from Dr. Kelley and the nurses was just amazing. It is so evident how much they care about their patients. they showed compassion for my fur baby and this fur mama. They were patient and loving and answered all my questions and even sent me pictures and a video as my pup was recovering from surgery. I will never forget them or be able to thank them for helping our baby.

My pet's condition was not considered an emergency. I assume this was the reason I had a very long wait between meeting with a technician and actually seeing a doctor, but I did not receive updates on the wait time unless I asked the reception desk for one. Once admitted, the medical team was very thorough and good about updating me on my pet's condition once admitted. I did find the pay-as-you-go process a bit confusing. Ultimately I do appreciate the fact that MedVet was able to provide my pet with continual care over a weekend. That's a very important service. Thank you.

Friendly staff and helpful staff. Dr Graves had great bedside manner. We felt well taken care of and that our pet was in fantastic hands.

Just left this vet and they literally had me wait an hour just to tell me I would have to wait longer because other dogs were more “SEVERE” . Please do not go to this vet if you have an emergency or concerns for your animal.

I want to thank the entire staff for saving my boys life. He was in very bad shape when I brought him in. Within hours they identified the problem and he was in surgery. I was receiving updates constantly and was confident he was in the best hands. The surgeon walked me through the surgery which was difficult given his condition and location of the foreign body. The surgery was successful and he is making a full recovery. I cannot thank all the doctors involved and the supporting staff enough for saving his life I am truly grateful.

Dr. Molly Kelley was amazing! So knowledgable and compassionate. She gave us all of the time we needed to answer questions and was wonderful with our dog. Best experience with a Vet I've ever had.

I really am impressed with the ER. There was immediate availability and care when we needed it (our vet was out of town). While more expensive than the vet, it was worth it to get our fur baby well!

Okay I felt the need to write a great review for this place because some of the bad reviews here really stressed me out and made me consider not even coming here but I am so glad I did! I have a French Bulldog and noticed that his back legs were not really working. This could be an indication of a really serious back condition requiring an MRI and surgery costing up to $15k ! I went to the Neurologist Jennifer Rich who was recommended by my vet. Even upon making the appointment I felt like they were so upfront about costs for either just the consultation or if I wanted to go ahead and schedule an MRI ($3-5k), I just went for the consultation. The Neurologist gave me such awesome info and told me luckily they didn't think I needed to do anything drastic just yet! I was so relieved and couldn't recommend this doctor more!

Terrible, The said 3 days about 6k. They had a complete work up from my vet. Nothing went unexpected. Day 2 they wanted another 6k. They try to tell you stories about your dog too to make you feel better. I know my dogs behaviors. They are a bunch of fake types just scamming customers for as much as they can suck out of them!
