The first time I have a appointment and have to wait 1 hour 20 minutes to be seen, upon arrival there was about 8 women in waiting area I asked the receptionist if my appointment was at 11 it was 11:20 she said yes we see patients by appointment not upon arrival order, I was changing room for another 30 minutes a woman comes and tells me , radiology perdón is there but it’s going to be another 15 minutes I was upset and disappointed I told her I could reschedule but waited since I had been there almost 1 hour and a half , by the time I was seen only one other room had a patient waiting , another patient who knew one staff person there was probably skipped because of a friendship , definitely not the same experience I had all these years at Methodist not the same at all

The staff was professional and courtesy was displayed.The staff went over my Financials ,and made sure my Birthday and name was all correct and in a private setting.The mammogram Technician was courtesy ,explained the procedures to me and directed me through out the tests.I was,guided back to the dressing room and shown the exit,was done in 45 minutes - 1 hour,Thank you for a great visit.

Rob, my Technician, was exceptionally polite and professional. He made me feel at ease and ensured my comfort during a two hour Hida scan. My only complain was the chatter coming from other patient rooms - not much by way of privacy.

I used to brag on methodist but I guess the one in Arlington is the only one actually worth a damn. This review was the second time me and my boyfriend where here for his abdominal pain and bleeding. The first time we where at this hospital was a wildly different experience.
The nurse was mildly condescending and for the life of me would not stop touching her hair and running back to her supply cabinet to get stuff while trying to place my boyfriend's iv. It's like why are you even wearing gloves at this point? I never thought I would see the day when my tattoo artist was more hygienic then a hospital staff member. But that isn't even touching the combative er doctor Carlos Velasco. After his holy CT scan he wasn't interested in finding out why my boyfriend was in so much pain and completely stopped addressing his other symptoms. He even had the nerve to say that his pain was just his abdominal cavity hurting or in his words "it just hurts sometimes" as if that explained my boyfriend's weightloss, extreme nausea, bloody stool and abdominal pain. And the cherry on top is not only is the ER doctor's referral to their own methodist owned GI clinic NOT VAILD as it has to be issued by a primary care provider which none of the hospital staff said anything about; the hospital (or the awful hospital staff i should say) neglected to inform us that my boyfriend only had roughly 2 weeks to even schedule an appointment with a primary care doctor to get a valid referral to see the GI specialist. Which is impossible because he works 7-5 the clinic isn't open on the weekends and closes at 4 on weekdays. So I guess here is hoping it's not cancer since methodist doesn't really seem to care ?

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with CeCe during my mammogram. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel at ease with her warm smile and friendly demeanor. She was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining every step of the process in detail, which helped calm my nerves.
CeCe’s compassion and professionalism truly stood out. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. It's clear she genuinely cares about her patients.
I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the staff there. Everyone was friendly and supportive, creating a welcoming environment that made the experience so much easier.
Thanks to CeCe and the amazing team, what could have been a stressful experience turned into a positive one. I highly recommend CeCe to anyone needing care in this area—she is a true gem!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in the breast imaging department. They checked me in on time, called me back to the exam waiting room with 3 other ladies. My appointment was at 10:40 and finally called back at 12. The staff did apologize for the delay, offered us something to drink or the opportunity to rebook.
