Customer Service with him was absolutely Horrible. He didn't help me with my issues, he was so busy trying to sell me another Phone!
I give him a -0 rate. I went next door to another Wireless Phone Company that provided me with the service I needed and ask for.

Amazing help from the representative, I believe her name was Akhnai ( I apologize if I got the name wrong) ! She was so helpful and quick, I had went to another metro pcs store and the men could not figure out how to help me for an hour but she did it immediately!! Thanks girl :)

I went there to switch and the sales representative is trying to sell me iPhone 11 for 50 dollars plus 40 percent taxes on full retail price! So to switch 1 line it’s going to cost me over 400 dollars and that with the free phone but if you want to get ripped off this is the place to go

I have been a metro customer for 11 years, and in that time I had never had a bad experience in such a despotic service that I received today the guy who was according to working all the time who was waiting for me there doing his job on my phone instead to do the same for the client I do not understand why they have staff working so they do not give good customer service today they want to earn their money at work glued to video calls and clients who do have a salary because of us and a salary that I want a bad experience even though I know that today I put a star in reality he doesn't even deserve one that guy I had to say these words to that guy because he really deserves this and more Excuse me, can you stop calling while you do your job, they pay you to attend the client, not to be in your

Recommend this location to everyone if you are currently going to the one on Maple Street. Staff members were very patient and understanding and the owner would be a great boss to have.
