I have been to this store twice in the past year. Recommended to work on their customer service skills. This store appears to be money hungry and not care about long standing customers based upon my personal experiences. The first time I went to this location, I was told months ago I cannot port a new phone over without being charged the first month of service up front along with a one time activation fee, new SIM card, and also a new line fee (the phone number was the same, I was essentially switching a device on a line already on the account.)Second time, yesterday I told the representative I would like to purchase a SIM card. I was treated horribly after I was told I would need the phone with me, and , "where's the phone then," in an extremely rude tone. I told the rep I in fact did not need the phone, customer service via toll free told me to come to any Metro store and purchase the SIM card outright. The rep checked me out and literally threw the SIM card at me due to her anger about me not wanting to pay the activation for the phone and opting to complete activation online for free after receiving payment.I have been with Metro PCS for over 10 years. I decided to give the store another try after my first incident months ago but after yesterdays experience I will not be shopping here ever again. Total lack of respect for customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I went in recently looking to switch to apple from android and surprisingly the transition was very smooth and stress thanks to Baneza, she was very kind and patient with me and answered all of my questions and I really appreciate that. Great customer service from this store!

The girl Alysha alyha or whatewer you write her name, made me waist a hour in half, of my time, she doesn't even know what to do, metro need people well trained.... in the other hand paola and Keyla fix the issue for her, they always do such a wonderful job, quick, easy and whit a smile in the face,...Never had a issue when i try to update phones and them 2 take care of me...

A girl named Alysha i belive helped me so much I was at the Skillman store.. she helped me with my Gmail and more super sweet and beautiful smileI'll be coming back to pay my bill just to see her and her customer service was amazing

I went in last week and was helped my Allysha, brought my mother in and Allysha broke it down and explained the phone throughly so she understood what she was purchasing, ended up upgraded my phone myself! Great service she has.

This store is TRASH!!! I went and bought a screen protector for my phone and it came out like 1 hour later . I went and bought a 2nd one and again it came off my phone . I recomend Tmobile way better .

I'm switching carriers next month, the network service experience I had with metro was terrible, I called customer service about this and they troubleshooted a new network tower connection to use but for some reason they cut off that connection, and when I tried to call back, they didn't wanna switch network towers again, they didn't actually say it but they took me thru some stupid methods on speeding up my phone that didn't even work Instead, the service is bad YouTube videos keeps buffering at only 480p, I refuse to pay for this terrible network service again ??????
