The employees here are very sketchy.... Dude charged me $50 to move a line to a new phone, something I found out I can do at home for free... Don't recommend coming here at all unless you wanna get robbed

Phone wasn't functional. I'd gone to a place and got on their wifi, which adjusted a setting on the phone. The employee knew immediately what to do and resolved my issue on seconds. Restoring my ability to use the phone.

If you need to go to a metro pcs and get friendly and good service then this is the spot, young man with glasses who's name I've forgotten Indian individual I believe was one of the best persons I've ever interacted with at any metro pcs and definitely deserves a raise for his customer service I'd recommend anyone to go to this location

I always get great service when I go there.. They were closed yesterday and today because of the winter storm we had and there's still ice on the roads.. I hope they're open tomorrow.. Been doing business with Metro Pcs for 14 yrs..

Refused to provide me with service because I didn't have a mask ,and couldn't provide me with a mask . There are plenty of reasons why I'm giving this rating but for the most part because their never busy but never seem to want to work.

Awhile back I left AT&T after being with them since they where Southwestern Bell and the poor customer service I received and service it was an easy decision.I have all my kids and wife on Metros Serivce now and the cost is half the price and the service is comparable and better overall. I also got free Amazon prime with my agreement with Metro.The in store customer service has been fantastic as well at this location.
