To whoever is the owner here or runs this place. Your store stinks . Literally! I think the guys that work there . I went in and there were two guys . They are very helpful and good customer service. But c'mon ask them to use deodorant!!!!!! I know it was them since no other customers were inside when i walked in. I couldn't focus or do a purchase. That smell omg please have some hygiene ! Maybe its your culture not to use deodorant but have some consideration for others.

Some girl with (red?) hair charged me $20 extra in unwanted services, I asked her before leaving about the extra charges and she insisted it was taxes. Thankfully, the manager was nice enough to refund me a part of what I paid. Make sure you're paying what you really request. SMH

I purchased this phone after speaking to a representative and being told this was a great phone and there has been returns due to issues only to have every sort of issue. After the fourth return I've done in three months of my purchase I was given the number to their representative Ethan to assist me. I have called several times, left voicemails and emails with no response to any of them. I am truly disappointed with the lack of assistance/service I have yet to receive from them and am still stuck with having to trade this phone in which I'm having to do once again today making this my fifth trade.
