Went in a few weeks ago. Here is a list of problems that I noticed during my visit.
1. The Staff Members are there to sell you items and services you don't need.
2. They justify upcharging you for service. Charging you more for making a store payment, increasing costs on plans, activation fees, etc.
3. Lying about how much services are normally priced, activation is know was always $20 (up until 2023), then it went up to $25 (until the end of 2024), why is it that I was being gaslighted into thinking that it was always $27 per phone. I've been a customer, enrolled at this location for over 10 years. I know how much I am charged each time I activate a phone.
4. They treat you like an idiot for questioning their shady work.
5. They cancel people's plans and lower the quality of the plan, while charging the same amount if not more. It happened to me, so watch out. Do your due diligence.
Overall I would never recommend going in person to get assistance. You are better off calling 611. Please don't let yourself get scammed by the employees at this location, I'm sure it's the same elsewhere.

Don't come to this store to buy, I bought a Samsung device with them and 10 days later the charging center broke down. I came to get help and they told me that it was my fault that I went to the big store but that I would waste my time if they didn't. They would change it. I was served by a chubby girl and the manager was a bearded boy. They behaved arrogantly. Don't risk your money here. My people just made me throw my money in the trash.

Came in to purchase a new phone for my mother and left extremely satisfied! Diana showed us all of the options we had and answered every single question we had! She is super nice and her customer service is 10/10! Thank you Diana!
