Great Customer Service KC is the man he helped me out a lot literally he went above and beyond to try to help me on my iPhone issue being on SOS mode and other issues. I have been with metro for more than 10 years and this will always be my store to go to and give them my business very satisfied KC is a great person and I’ll keep repeating it over and over again Thanks! My husband n I went in late to purchase a phone. Amber over charged him $140.00 over the amount. Her niece cursed at another employee telling him to mind his effing business. We have always done business with this location because we have always had good service. We live on the side of town-North Garland and we drove there because of Low Down. He is always welcoming and willing to help

I purchased a phone here to find out later that day how badly it was overpriced. After finding it for sale in Addison for $175 and I gave this dealer $375 for it I went in to the store to return the phone with my receipt that stated my return policy on it. I was refused the return and told a bunch of lies. After contacting corporate about the return policy I found out I am in the right to return the over priced unwanted phone. I will post a follow up to see if I am able to achieve that on Monday. But felt in the mean time I would warn all those from giving this authorized dealer any of your hars earned money. They are so shisty here I would really like to see them go out of business because it's practices like this that make me want to not shop in my neighborhood for goods and that is sad.

JOE is the man. He made sure I had everything I needed before leaving the store. The crew was awesome we was laughing during most of my visit there while Joe was getting my new phone ready. I never had an experience like that and I plan on making this store my main store to go to from now on. Awesome service

Wow this is the First time I've ever been to any metro pcs store and honestly feel I could trust him and honestly I think he was a flat out honestly good person to help me with all the issues I was facing.. if you need to go get a phone I insure you that this is the place you want to go.. check it out really good service from all staff there ....

Metro Pcs.All I can say is its a phone service.Be careful.I have had a very bad experience while dealing with them.Im still a customer but would not recommend others.And the insurance company did us very wrong. Never recieved a replacement phone.After a phone was stolen.Still with the service because I would like to hv communication.But it saddens me that people would perfer to make money rather than do whats right.God sees everything.I have been a customer for years but.some of the stores I hv recently visited hv been very disappointing and even the insurance company did not comply to there terms and agreement.So be mindful when spending your money.People do whatever they can to make a sale.I was in tears when I left this place.It broke up a friendship and trust.But they made there bucks.Go metro

Just went the other day and I had a terrible experience with one of the girls the girl that was helping me out was very nice the other employees were sitting down talking very loud I told them if they can stop talking because I could not hear and one of the girl employees started to argue with me very unprofessional after the girl that was helping me out apologize profusely i left not going back! Need to be more professional!
