The manager charged me over 100$ extra trying to scam me by charging me 4 times for a “screen protector” I didn’t even buy, and didn’t even provide a damn receipt , soon as we called and asked for district he got scared and told us to come get out extra money. BE CAREFUL W THIS SCAMMERS

Went today to pay Bill . Store was to be open at 10 a.m. It was 10:32 when I got there . Store was closed . As I was waiting for the store to open 2 more people came to go to store also . I left at 10:45 as the store was still closed . Went to the store on Garland Rd. That store was open as it was to be open . Payed bill and left in less then 10 minutes . I should of went there in the first place as this is not the only time the store was not open when it was supposed to be .

Fantastic experience overall!. ? Jimmy/Jimmie was super helpful, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. He took great care of me as well as informed me of great perks that I was not even aware of. I entered this store to simply obtain a new number. I walked away with 2 new phones and accessories, one of which was mailed directly to the other party from the store. With great customer service, awesome deals and a large variety of phones, I highly recommend and will definitely return in the future.
