Could give 0 stars if possible, as im waiting in line to pay my phone bill two people come sit down behind me and im clearly next in line they skip over me as soon as they see i speak english after responding to them in English after being spoken to in spanish and they say the people were there before me but was not in line

This place is all in Spanish and when I went to pay my bill the lady literally took 30 minutes to get two customers ahead of me processed but I say 30 minutes because I'm still waiting on the second person to finish and I just needed to pay my bill quick and simple

Bad service smh someone sneaky scamming working for this store block my customer service 611 number and added a 3rd line Iphone15 into my metro pcs account without my consent. Originally I only have 2 lines in my account . So keep your 👀 out on your account and phone bill next time you come hear smh

the arabian lady was rude first time i came in even raised her voice (with her fake american accent) while i was calm but when i returned to the store with the same energy she puts in her arabian accent LOL VERY FUNNY
