This is a horrible place bad customer service. Arrived to the store DURING business hours and had to knock on glass due the rep sitting down with his feet up at the desk got inside and told the rep what I was trying to do he stated he will help. I needed to call for my transfer pin and told him my account and phone number something that will take 5 minutes. He then put me on a timer and told me that if I donāt get it before 8pm he will cancel the transaction. He was already rude initially. After 8 I didnāt get it he told me he wonāt be helping me because the store is closed while I just Gotten the pin. I asked politely for the store mangers number and was asked why do I want to complain I asked if there was anyone that works above him that I can leave a complaint with and was told call ā611ā because heās the manager I asked about the owner and was told he doesnāt have a complaint number and that I will have to catch him at the store when he can. He then told me he just donāt want help me because heās donāt like my business I was never rude or aggressive so I donāt see why he felt that way unless the color of my skin bothered him. I will complain everyday until this matter is resolved and taken care of. Why have a customer service job if you donāt want to help people

They are scammers they totally didn't do what I ask for they did what they wanted and all I needed was an upgrade on my phone and pay my bill ...they charged me 350.00 and no itemized receipt...do not go there !!!!!

Sorry I normally do not like to post negative reviews. These new owner's are not what some of us would call friendly and or knowledgeable. Before I could finish my sentence I was told NO I can not help you with your phone. I purchased it here I said, I have insurance that's still enforced until April 2023. Then they were having problems locating our information. We only deal with the location on Samuel Blvd., this is NOT cool at all. I could barley understand what they were saying, then to top this off they were talking in a foreign language so I would not be able to understand. They were very unconcerned about my wants and needs for my phone. I can grant one thing I will NOT be back to your location at all. I assume you forgot what country your living in. We speak English here. It was so disrespectful of you two to act in such a way. If the phone is purchased from Metro PCS you are responsible for it. I will take my business elsewhere. VERY disappointing in your actions. Shame on you..
