Connecting me with my party and hung up in my face twice I'll just go back to straight talk I could get professional e4 hour service from them at all times with no sales gimmicks

Didn't want to take my payment if I didn't give him my phone. Horrible service will never be going back. Always over charging me and trying to get me a new number whenever I try to go and pay them.

I went in with issues with my phone, he started charging it but as soon as he realized i wasnt going to switch carriers because it didnt make sense he unplugged it and said he wouldnt charge it. Even though i was in danger of not bieng able to get home. Metro and cricket are scams set up to make poor people think theyre saving money when the reverse is true.

The worst Spanish Customer Service Ever!!I was at this place buying 4 phones whit another worker when a few Spanish guys walk in and this fat Spanish representative lie so bad to them, so I decided to go drive all the way to oak cliff to get my phones, I will never trust this people anymore
