The front desk lady charged me 100$ for a prepaid line and charged me for insurance of the device without asking me! This is clearly a scam attempt. If they tried doing this to me they will definitely try it on you.

This was the worst experience and customer service. We were here waiting 2 hours four them to tell us they were working off their personal phone with there wifi. Very unprofessional. Metro phone company is the worst .

rude people, be careful of that store, they tried to change my plan to keep my money, they did it with one of my friend, they charge the regular bill and they asked for my friends phone, then they blocked messages from 611 to don't get any message to know how much they paid

The person named Abril just for changing my phone number to another phone charged me 53.50 when I only had to pay 25, he charged me much more and a very very very bad service, please do not go to that store

They're overcharging customers here. Go to a corporate store instead. I was overcharged by more than $50. I discovered this after I was not given an itemized receipt the day I purchased my new phone and finally received one after mentioning that I would contact the Metro corporate office. The itemized receipt I received did not match my credit card receipt. I wonder how many people are being overcharged and don't realize it because they didn't receive a receipt. Always get a receipt.

I dont want to say names yes this is a complaint, 04/22/2022 around 7:20pm.I try to connect a phone with an existing line after the process an hispanic lady ask me for the payment that was 23 dollars i gave to her $40 two 20s she say that I have to pay exactly the $23 because she dont have change, Barley I make $22.95 in change the lady say that have to be 23 dollars or she can't give me back the phone, a costumer asked me to help with the other 5 cents and I say "please because the "senorita" dont want to give me back my phone for 5 cents",FINALLY WHEN I TRY TO PAY THE 23 DOLLARS WITH CHANGE THE LADY THROW MY PHONE AND THE MONEY OVER THE COUNTERTOP AND TOLD ME "GO AND GET THE SERVICE FROM ANOTHER STORE"LIKE 4 MONTHS AGO WITH THE SAME LADY I ASK FOR CHARGER FOR A PHONE SHE SHOW ME A WIRE AND TOLD ME "HERE IS THE CHARGER" AND I SAY "THIS IS ONLY THE WIRE TO TRANSFER THE POWER FROM THE CHARGER TO THE PHONE I NEED THE CHARGER ,THE DEVICE TO CONNECT IN THE ELECTRIC PLUG", BUT SHE SAY, "NO WHAT YOU SAY IS ONLY A BOX YOU NEED THIS WIRE" I MENTION TO HER THAT IM ELECTRICIAN AND I KNOW SOME OF ELECTRONIC AREA JUST I SAY "THANKS I HAVE ALREADY THE WIRE" AND WALK AWAY AND BOUGHT THE CHARGER IN ANOTHER STORE.IN THIS STORE SOME PERSONAL NEED REAL TRAINING IN COSTUMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE TECNOLOGY NOT ONLY ON SALES.WELL THAT WAS MY EXPERIENCE ON THIS STORE.ON STORE ON GASTON AVE THE PERSONAL ARE GREAT BUT THAT WAS ALREADY CLOSED AROUND 7:30PM.
