I went to this metro only because the other one was going to close by the time I made it.
I left the metro I was at to go to my old company because I need my transfer pin. I went got my transfer pin and went to this metro on E Grand Ave because it was close to cricket that stayed on til 8. As I walked in nobody greated me or anything. I explain I had everything and pretty much knew how much it was going to cost (199.99) and everything because the metro manager at the other told me before I left to get my information. As I was talking to the one Arabian man. He told me a price of 500 which don't make sense because I'm one adding a line to an already account and transfering my old number. Then the second Arabain man came and said no it's 350. I said wait what then he asked how much I was willing to pay. Didn't mention my old company even told me it was cheaper to go to metro so. THEY SCAMMING. They gave my husband a free tablet then put it on his account as if it was a phone and he didn't ask for neither. He took it off. WE HAVE PROOF OF ALL THIS. This store is scamming people.

I've been in cell phone, note pad hell for months and it's gotten worse. Cell phone 75% of the time no service, tcl not pad can't connect to even Facebook, I was jus charged $25 to upgrade it, then give minutes later talked into trading it on on a new Samsung note pad, I got a good deal I thought, I've been back in many times the last few weeks since I got it.... It doesn't connect. Got a bill for $109. My plan with a notepad is $65. Alex the manager wouldn't tell me why I got a text saying $109. Denied that's what the bill said, wouldn't let me see the screen he was looking at saying it was $65.... Later admits it says $109, very rude about everything. I just found out the now notepad was never added to my plan and has no wifi added. Same added the wifi to the old notepad , that's why I couldn't connect or do anything on it. Funny thing is Sunday I was on hold for 2 hrs. 18 min with customer service.... On hold I got so piss because I was on the freeway and after that time got dropped without ever having talked to a real person. Sine March it's been off and on with no phone or notepad but still paying the bill, Alex.... They don't give refunds.... At all. Customer service will not speak to to it's customers if your phone has been disconnected for nonpayment...their recording says customer service will not speak to you until the bill is played, what if there's an issue like I'm having when I have no service even though I've paid for it. Sucks!!!! I took in a one hundred dollar bill .... I was not going to pay $108 until I got something worked out. But when I did pay the $108 with a hundred dollar bill the Manager Alex put it in the drawer and walked away I asked for my change and he kept walking to the other end of the counter, I asked another guy for my change he asked Alex and he said give him $30.... I didn't catch it dealing with all the BS, but the change should have been $35. Screwed me again. After 2hrs with costumer ser theifranchised and I need to go back to them and good luck. New note pad with no internet a 5 mont old notepad got my new wifi customer service csaisvits up the the store.... He says no refunds. On no service.......... Is this right or wrong? When this goes all over the internet social media will do the right thing.
Bill Rose. I just left TMobile again told to come back next week was told manager the Ale was out till next Wednesday. Told same was also but Alex showed up Surprise!!!!! When the he asked if. I was filming I said yes it's the only way to catch them in lies. He refused to talk to me and was going to call the police I said go for it.... They need more advertising. No a single employee knew that customer service recording says they well not speak to you unless your bill is current. That's not customer service.!! I've recovered everytime I've gone in so they can lie all the way but video doesn't lie.
If you are the owner and. Allow this to continue I hope you go out of business. I've been in contact with customer service three times today and contacting the corporation tomorrow because they said the store would have to resolve the issue........ and if you're the owner you know that's not going anywhere. But the good thing is, I. Spoke to an attorney and if you know what's going on....I have videos for 2 1/2 weeks. I was sold a notepad with unlimited including wifi.... It's not even on my account, customer service said they do not a Galaxy Tab.A9 which I have the receipt for and a receipt for. I've been going in and being told it's connecting fine I say here yes you WiFi.. come to find out they never added it on my plan. According to the attorney that's deceptive trade practices , theft and consumer fraud for three weeks I've been coming in and the never said it didn't have wifi and was not on my plan you stole mone frome me by deceptive manners and Alex the manage

This place should be investigated. All I wanted is to pay by bill and they added two tablets and changed my rate plan with out my permission. Nothing but scammers here Tx 🚗

Honestly a scam store. Bought a phone, lasted 3 hours in there then went to pay my bill, they took my payment and still cut off my phone the next day. Went to another metro the next day and was out within 10 mins

They only want to sell you a product every time you go, sometimes in a hurry, to pay for your phone, they take not only their time, they also take yours, they changed my password on my account without notifying me, they lied to me about the payment that it was going to be 130.00 when really I had to pay 175.00, and now I have no password thanks to them.

Horrible place, the clerks charge you for things without asking, I ended up paying 110 dollars for something that should have only cost 69, I hired a line where the phone was free, according to them they claim that the included product was free but the charge appears on the receipt 44 dollars for a charger, I tried to reason with them but they all cover each other,
Don't go to this place, it's not trustworthy and they are scammers.

I went to that place to add a service to my plan and they charged me 20.00. They kept the money, they disconnected my service the next day because they didn't pay, I came back and what they did they took away my service and added another one that wasn't the right one, I hope people stop coming to that place

This store is horrible! The three guys there tried to get over on my grandma tricking her into buying 2 tablets he said was free. When i called them out on it they wouldn’t give her back her debit card and tried charging her card without permission multiple times

I had a problem with my business account these people lie so much! Sending me from store to store telling me they can fix the problem then after so many lies they told me to wait 2-3 business days and now they Sending me somewhere else and didn't help at all just a waste of time! Very unprofessional middle eastern little men!
