They were stealing money from my payment, I paid my payment on Saturday for $55 and they told me that it will be ready but it is cut off, this store steals money from customers' payments, I hope the subway calls me about this theft

My elderly aunt has been with them for years, struggling with a phone that doesn't work. I told her she was due for a new phone. She went in and they charged her an additional $100 to "upgrade". When she got the phone home, I tried to download an app that she needed on the "new" phone. The PlayStore app feature on the phone didn't work. We tried multiple times. I have tried calling both phone numbers listed to speak to the manager. Neither phone number works!!!! 469.241.2649 doesn't work. 214.647.3548 doesn't work. What kind of business is this?! Taking advantage of the elderly.

Damn! I went to this store and asked for an upgrade. We’ve had this phone for over 5 years and have a total of 4 lines with Metro PCs. I wasn’t looking to get anything fancy, you know .. just a phone to take a few pics and play some games. First question from the employee was “What’s your budget?” I answered $100. The look on her face, wow! I then said that I would go to FB Marketplace and get one then bring it to them to activate it! Her answer “ It’s $99 for activation “ I walked out. No help. I mean come on… I just left another metro pcs store down the street with a new phone and 2 tablets…and guess what? No activation fee… I do not recommend going to this sore at all!!! Don’t do it!

One of the best metros if you ask me crazy playlist of music everyone was smiling and greeting people as they where walking in I got 2 iPhone 11s for 650 phone cases and screen protectors, and a speaker, headphones amazing experience really appreciate the customer service.

this is the WORST metro. they add phone lines to your account without you noticing and change your pin on the account. you ask for the manager and the manager has an attitude, maybe because she was on her LUNCH break. PLEASE DONT GO HERE, try the one the one down the street their service is soooo much better!
