Raj lied about how much my phone would cost if I did a payment plan with Smartpay. Turned an $400 iPhone 11 to and $1000 phone. Absolutely ridiculous. I should have stayed with T-Mobile. He added an phone case and charger end piece to my account LYING stating it was free. $40 EACH. The product cost less in store. VERY disappointed. Raj if you wanted commission that bad you should have worked somewhere else. COMPLETE RIP OFF !!!! I promise I regret switching over to metro. Again RAJ I’m so disappointed with you. Literally stealing from people. Probably have a friend that works in Smartpay. I asked him over and over how much would it cost in the end and he kept LYING !!!!!

My husband had bought a new phone and gave me his old one dice I broke the screen one mine. Instead of figuring it out by myself at home I decided to go to the store. When I went in they greeted me at the door. The walked me through how to do it myself so I didn't get charged, which was excellent. I decided against it and had them do it for me and I would foot the bill. They gladly got it up and running in no time and were the sweetest couple of ladies.I recently cracked the screen on this phone so I will be going in to buy a new phone very soon. Sure hope they're working. Thanks Ladies

Slow service
