Miss. Melissa, helped me tremendously. Unbelievable how she didn't stop until she helped fix my situation. I upgraded because of her and I bought a new phone. She even called and got a restriction moved from my phone. Then she helped me set my new phone up. This is definitely the Metro I'm coming to from here on our. I love their energy and spirit in here. Places/businesses needs more employees like her.

I set up a pin # & security questions with the guy in the store. Even though I spelled everything out & repeated myself, He put everything in INCORRECTLY!!!! Now I can’t access my account at all. This is highly irritating. I called & he wants me to come back to the store, very inconvenient

I work at the Ace next door and the ladies are always nice to me and let me wait inside for my Uber. I’m not a metropcs customer but they’re are soo nice I had to leave a review! I left my charger at home and my phone died right at I was about to pay for my Uber! Atziry let me use their charger so I could go home thank you.
