Got a new phone and he said that my bill was paid for this month and that was a lye so I paid extra and I could of waited until my bill was do and then got the phone so all they do is lye to their customer can't trust anybody

TRASH customer service. Not knowledgeable whatsoever, rude, and accused me of stealing my own phone as if you can't pull up my account and see the device is registered to me. Pathetic waste of time.

If you talk more than an hour on that phone it's yours they will not take it back! I even offered to upgrade to a $600 phone they still wouldn't do it.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE I AM ABOUT TO CHANGE SERVICES THIS IS BS. TIRED OF HAVING TO CALL MORE THAN ONCE FOR 3 DAYS STRAIGHT AND NO AMSWER AT ALL. I UNDERSTAND THEY WERE CLOSED ON MONDAY FOR LABOR DAY BUT SUNDAY AND TODAY IS BS.!!!
