I'm trying to be patient but after I bought a TCL tablet from this store yesterday I have questions in regard to the Tablet. I tried calling Saturday 10 minutes before they closed & didn't get an answer. I figured maybe they just left early as I know how it feels to get off work especially when you're close to getting off. I tried calling again today & it's just going straight to voicemail. I really hope this isn't the way they conduct their business. All I expect is good Customer Service & somebody that answers the phone. Maybe they're busy with customers so again I am trying to be patient. I sent a text & left a message via voicemail. I'm not the kind of customer that takes bad business lightly. I'll continue to call tonight & try again tomorrow morning as soon as they open at 9:30, but if they continue in this manner I will have no choice but to get the corporate offices involved. All they have to do is answer the phone to answer a few questions in regard to text messages on this Tablet. If they have nothing to hide there shouldn't be issues avoiding phone calls.

Remi is awesome!!! She has helped me with my two phones. I finally purchased a new Galaxy a35 5g . As always, she is very professional, kind and always willing to solve any phone issues I come across, including when my phone had a virus. She has also helped others in a joyful spirit and provides excellent customer service. My friend Ola, also speaks well of her service and gave her a good review as well. Thank you Remi we love you. 😀

A friend was trying to get a new phone she had a autistic 45 years old son, and Kevin was the person I'm charge, he was amazing, giving the best customer service, and I was extremely patient... such a good customer service, he's personality talks volumes!!
