I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Pedro who helped me recover all my info to my new phone after the lady at the Apple store sent me off without completing the process that comes with getting a new phone. Pedro was friendly, helpful and extremely patient! pls give him a huge raise!!???? Thankyou sir! I appreciate you soo much!!

What a great experience!! I bought a phone from here and a sales rep was so helpful. She answered all of my d*** questions and helped me to set up all the necessities for my phone. I give 5 star for you service!

They were out of over 50% of their phones on display. Asked if i could get a discount on a different phone than what i had my heart set on that was out of stock since the phone i would have to get instead was $80 more. No compromise. No satisfying the customer after their poor restocking practices. Dont bother with these con artists at this trash store.

Worst place went today and whole store smelled like marijuana... ladies looked high and were so unprofessional will be calling corporate having me do 2 trips saying they couldn't help me .. had customer service guy on phone tell them to do there job.. need corporate to call me .. unbelievable.
