I needed a phone and from the beginning, I was over charged, he lied about price of service. Every month my price was always something extra, too much. I love Metro phone service, hopefully things get better???

Those workers must work on commission. You have to watch those workers. My husband went the day before, and he was charged totally different from me. We purchased the same phone. I believe that because I was woman I was charged differently.

Absolutely HORRIBLE store. Employees are racist. The girl with the eyes tattooed on her hands has absolutely NO manners and rolled her eyes at me. She was rude and did not understand what I was asking. She went in the back and avoided me. Absolutely AWFUL experience. Should not be in customer service if you are just going to roll your eyes when I ask a question. Never go here.

It's 10:21 the store opens at 10:00 a.m. no one is here. Another customer came in and said the employees here don't even like to come to work. They've lost my business and several others just this morning. There's lots of people out there wanting jobs maybe this company should consider hiring one of them.

Came to this store (my 3rd one in the same afternoon - the previous two NOT being able to help) and Chris was an absolute life saver. He took the time to reach out to corporate and fix my account. The other buildings (one being a previous corporate store) shrugged their shoulders and blamed it on the phone, which was clearly not the problem. I would recommend this location, and especially Chris, for all your Metro needs.
