Whoever is working 10/17/24 in the morning has displayed by far the utmost incompetence I’ve ever seen in any “professional” establishment. Sitting down in the back of the store when I walked in. Came in to activate a tablet , told me $25 activation fee when in store it says $5 activation fee , where is the other $20 for ? Then told me they couldn’t do it, just lazy and incompetence, I would never be back to this store again, unless it’s to get my account and transfer number to port out. Terrible service and disappointed customer. Person should honestly be fired

Great customer service! Sam was so helpful with helping me activate my phone. He even spent a good 15-20 mins on the phone with Metro when I couldn't do the two step authentication with my damaged phone. Highly recommend this location.

It’s like flying on Spirit Airlines ….. No frills carrier ! EVERYTHING that you need with the phone itself is extra ! A charger doesn’t even come with the phone …. You have to purchase it.
I switched from a Verizon iPhone to a T Mobile Samsung Galaxy phone….. I hope I don’t live to regret that move !

I went today a this location Terrible service . The guy working there always offer the extra service. Not have any rule about real cost for phone activate He want change 45 dlls for activate one new cell. And I Expect. Pay less any way try visit other location. And pay only 25 dlls.pleade ask for you total and your ticket when you visit this location. Is not mach whith the real price is the second time . You service every day is worst. Never make fell welcome in you store.

Love this store and its customer service!! I went in for a couple questions came out with a new line for my daughter thank you to Eli took the time and effort to talk to me about all the phones and plans at first in want sure if I wanted to purchase a phone but he was so kind and helpful that it really sold me on this store and it’s service again if anyone needs anything I highly recommend this store and when you go ask for Eli he will take care of you

After going to several other locations I stopped in here because my phone was having some issues and I was assisted by Jay. Jay took a good look at my phone unfortunately it did need to be replaced and Jay helped me to go ahead and pick out a good replacement and assisted me with getting a screen cover and a phone case. Jay made the experience as painless as possible and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. I'm very grateful for all of Jay's assistance.

6/18Since when does METROPCS not accept cash? That's ridiculous. I've always paid cash and ice been a customer for a long time. SMHThe male that was working that day needs a costumer service course.
