The store manager sunny help me out suggesting a newer phone and offer me better options. He try to access to eSIM but it seems not working till he doesn’t take no for an answer so we stuck here for a good while till he finally managed to get the eSIM working !!!! Thank you Sunny

If you're a customer of this company. This place is ok if you stop by and pay your bill while you're out and about and don't mind paying an extra five dollars to do so. There are times when I've taken my phone there to get an issue rectified and it's not. So I'll call customer service and many times they are no help depending on what it is make it worst. JMO ,they really don't have any good sales or promotions to choose from. Think it's time I make the switch to a different company.
