Awful, informed clerk that I needed a replacement screen protector and that I was covered by my plan. No questions asked, simply took my phone and replaced screen protector then told me it would be 20 dollars. When I reminded him that my plan covered the cost he told me they don’t honor T-Mobile plans. If he had told me that up front I would have left. The misrepresent themselves as T-mobile. And to top it off, did a lousy job replacement . It’s cloudy and full of air bubbles.

I went to pay my bill in I was told to wait so I do.But as the time went in asked him why the wait he told me he was on a personal call if I can give him a few more minutes. I told him he was crazy and then proceeded to walk out the store. Remind me that there is nobody else in the store besides me when I walked in. Then when I called customer service all I was told was that they will write a review. A review on that store.

I usually don't write reviews, but I'm thankful for the assistance I got in the store on Thursday January 18. I went around 4:30 pm and the employee (I think his name is Mike) was very helpful and patient. He spend more than 1 hour with me trying to fix my problem and testing everything since I was getting messages but not security verification codes. He was very knowledgeable and actually new about my phone brand (Redmagic), that none of the 3 people we call from Metro support knew about. I recommend going with him for assistance.
