I have a Verizon phone and got completely lost when it died in the middle of a trip to another city! Somebody referred me over here and Sam helped me restart the phone even though it wasn't in his network. He is absolutely amazing and if you're reading this sam, I appreciate you so much!

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a metro pcs store. On Oct. 25th I went into this store and the man that is there did NOT help me at all! He told me he couldn't help me with anything himself at all. He then called the metro pcs customer service line in the store business phone and handed me the phone to talk to them while I was in the dang store!!! Then my problem still was not fixed. I wouldn't go back to that store ever.

I'm so glad to be back with Metro after 5 days of hell with t mobile (data kept abruptly shutting down when I was at home). I found out a solution to the "35 gb data throttle" issue. The man was very helpful in setting me back up. 5+ years of patronage to be continued. I'm never switching to t mobile again.

I wish I could make a review with NO stars.The guy Sam, started yelling because I was told by costumer service I could get a refund, and he was not happy or EVEN going to give a refund. AVOID buying ANY metro phone from a retailer store, These store police themselves and are lying by omission. Worse customer service at this store, if you like getting shouted at then you are at home, also at their corporate store on north west highway,Get you phone from Amazon or Ebay, Avoid the stores. I had to report this store to the Better Business Bureau.
