Worst metro pcs store! Do Not waste your time at this store. I was trying to switch from another company to metro. This agent I believe he was the owner contact cricket by computer pretending it was me, he was requesting to log in my personal cricket account with out my consent. I've looked over he's computer and he was chatting with cricket. He got inpatient and he grab my phone without letting me know. I've asked "What was he doing" he got all mad and ask me" You know that I don't need to sale you the phones, right" . I replied back to him with an okay. This is not the way you approach or treat your customers. He was RUDE since the initial. his name start with the B. RUDE MANAGER!!! IM GOING IN PERSON TO CORPORATE OFFICE NOW!

I went in to change the phone lines from one phone to the other and the girl Jessica was rude and just couldn’t help me with my problem basically didn’t know how to do her job. She couldn’t connect my phone with service and charged me for the chip and the connection but said it was not refundable even though she didn’t even connect my phone .She had the audacity to tell me that maybe it had been my fault and that I had ordered a locked phone with a different carrier when I knew I ordered it carrier free so she told me their was nothing she could do to connect it and I couldn’t get my money back bc it was nonrefundable so I got charged for nothing and suggested I contact apple to get the phones switched. But I went to a different metro and they told she keyed in the wrong SIM card numbers on her computer she was in such a rush to be done with me she did a sloppy job and she didn’t even do the job
