If i could give them a lower rating i would! Horrible customer service, i went there today to get my free upgrade since i cracked my phone. I just got off the phone with the corporate office to ensure i was eligible for a upgrade even in the store since i have been with metro for over 20 years, i talk to the guy working, he proceeds to tell me that i would need to pay full price and get a rebate, i informed him that i was just in his store 2 months ago and the guy at the time gave me all the information as to what i can get and how much it will be if any cost would be incurred (if i wanted to get a Iphone or other along those line plus he heard me on the line with the corporate office. He repeated himself so i walked out and went to the store around the corner! Do not lose a long time customer just bc you want to make a sale!

I'm very disappointed. Went to buy some chargers, the box didn't even have information of how long the chargers were. I opened one and since they weren't long I went back to return them. Guess what?! They don't offer return policies! Plus they don't have a sign or anything saying that all items are final sale!!They should have some just like other stores. The lady and guy that were in that store weren't even trying to help. Not going back to this store, if you're buying something there make sure you get the right things because there is no going back.

My daughter bought a phone there for $150.00..it was supposed to be a $99 upgrade.. and the phone she got didn’t work .. help .. that phone is a life line for me to her.. the man .. Manu.. would not give her a receipt or help .. neither would the manager.. both very rude and hateful .. made her leave the store..I’ve filed the complaint.. no help .. should I go to police now and file complaint

They close about 7 even though it says 8pm I drove to this location twice after 7 and it's always closed they never stay open past 7, I'm pretty sure their boss doesn't know about this.

Bought a "new" phone and had problems from DAY 1. Returned the phone and he was going to swap it for new. Got the same phone back with the same issue. Returned it again and the phone would not do the same thing while I was in the store. Now I will go find a new phone from a reputable dealer. Stay away from these guys.
