This Metro PCS has been in my grandmothers neighborhood for over a decade. I had the worst experience there. Very unprofessional staff, especially the woman who glared at us the entire time. The previous owners were much nicer. I would recommend another location, personally.

3 stars for effort. Place is clean ( can't say the same for some of the customers) and the staff are willing friendly. There just isn't enough help for the influx of customers. Long wait time for service at times. They do get the job done though...

This location has some of the best qualified most courteous employees I have ever encountered in a metro PCS store. I drive over 35 miles to this location because of the quality and professionalism of the staff. Difficult to find in this day and age. I highly recommend this location.
