Store employee MARIA threatened me with using pepper spray after refusing to activate a new phone and account I had to bring when METROPCS instructed me to. She did not even looked up the system nor called the company to set anything up, acting childishly stating I was a T-MOBILE customer which I am not. She also excused her ill behavior stating I was "rude" when in fact I was very upset at how poorly she was treating me. She also threatened to call someone on me if I did not leave the store. Never had been treated like this on any store beforehand and the fact she was willing to mace me shows how they care about customers. I am also leaving MetroPCS after this incident and will not consider them ever again.

It was okay I had to return because my new phone ? wasn't ringing and it took longer than I expected she put my old SIM card in my new phone hadn't experienced that before, well you learn something new every day charging more getting less, wow
