Well I'm gone say this it was partially my fault too but the workers they have here barely wanna do they job, I came in with a damaged phn couldn't open in to get some pin so they told me I had to buy a whole nother phone , then add insult to injury I found out I had insurance on the phone and did the claim online without any help , long story short they gone do the bare minimum
