This place is the worst Metro PCS in Dallas TX. This store is always closed during working hours. They never want to help, & always say "The internet is down, we can't work until the internet is on. Come back later". It's understandable that their internet so they can't work, but they always say their internet is down so they don't have to work. This place is trash. Period. Avoid wasting your time, & find another Metro PCS somewhere else.

Do not spend any of your money here or any of the MetroPCS stores nearby either. They are dishonest thieves and they do it with a smile. This location in particular tried refusing me a refund and then offered to refund me less than what I paid for the phone when I brought their phone back a day later. The manager is also dishonest. Neither time did they have a receipt for me. It's suspicious to conduct business for days without producing receipts for customers. I had to basically plead with the sales person to hand write a receipt. I reported them to MetroPCS and the BBB. Metro PCS informed me that not only did they add an extra line to my account without my knowledge, they also added insurance and changed my plan, again without my permission or knowledge. These people are horrible human beings and they don't care about the people in this community. They shouldn't be able to conduct business anywhere.
