They still have a phone charger for a K51 cell phone. They go for about 36 bucks. I love the Metro location in the Crossings on Ledbetter street. Its a cute cube size store.

Went into this location today and there was a senior citizen in front of me waiting to make a payment. The lady that was working was rude and non friendly. Don’t think I’ll ever return to this location for anything!!

The service I got at this store was remarkable and smooth. The store manager Sam helped me with all the queries I had with my device and even transferred all the data to a new phone with a smile even though it took 20 mins. He gave me time and understood what I was looking for. Best experience ever.

THIS PLACE SCAM PEOPLE! According to another Metro store, they overcharged us by $70 and did add the activation fee to the system, hence the reason why the phone isn’t working. We had to pay more money to get the phone working. I’ve reached out to the district manager and metro corporate! Do not patronize this location!

My husband and I went in June 2nd and upgraded my sons phone to a iPhone 12 which we purchased from TMobile directly, the gentleman charged $31.55 and we went on our merry way. Today I went to pay my son’s bill and it was $37 with an outstanding amount of $2.55. The rep Nate was so helpful. This store only reported $29 paid so they pocketed the remaining balance and added services not requested to my child’s account. This is NOT ok! I’m opening a complaint on this ASAP!

I had a really bad experience. The sales representative made changes in my account without my knowledge. I came to another store and they helped me fix my problem, but is not fair for us as customers to walk into a metro by t mobile store and have such a bad experience. Sales representatives are supposed to be trustworthy. The person who helped me even threatened me and i felt afraid for my life.

The employee said he cannot take my payment . I had to go to another store & I went to make a payment sum where else n they saw that they add a tablet on my account with out telling me I want file a complain with the police abt them hacking my account and adding thing to my account
