Needed my screen protector replaced. Purchased online because Metro Nevers has that one. Went to another Metro and asked them if they could put it on....said they only put on the ones that are purchased from them (which they probably did not have since this phone was purchased in 2022). Stopped at this store and the young lady (don't know her name) was so helpful. Replaced it in less than 5 minutes.

On the fence about staying with MetroPCS after close to 20 years since it has become TMobile. Had to get a new phone and Alexis at this location was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to get what I needed and in and out in no time. Because of him I will hang on a little longer ☺️
